Not satisfied? Exchanges and returns at MADODA.
Here at MADODA, we want satisfied customers. We want our products to bring a general sense of happiness when they arrive at your home, so you keep coming back.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your issue, following some simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Regret and withdrawal
In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but does not please the customer, they will have a period of 7 (seven) days, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to request a return by phone or email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:
- Contact MADODA support through the email madodashop@gmail.com.
- Send the product by mail (we are responsible for the cost of return through the PAC modality) to the sender's address (MADODA Store). Important: the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, without breaking the seal, if any, and accompanied by all its accessories.
Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions by MADODA Store, you can choose to:
- Receive a credit at MADODA Store for the total amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately or in a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
- Refund of the product value by the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
* If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company, and then the refund will be processed.
* MADODA Store is not obligated to exchange any product whose defect has been caused by misuse or to meet requests outside the mentioned deadlines.
We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors in size selection. According to the Consumer Defense Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by consumer defense code is only to make exchanges in case of defective products.
Other occurrences
All occurrences described above and any others that may be identified must be reported to MADODA Store by phone or through email madodashop@gmail.com.
Products returned without this communication, outside of the deadline or with missing items/accessories that accompany them may be resent without prior consultation.
In addition to the mentioned occurrences, if any of these situations occur below, receipt of the product should be refused.
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not matching the order;
- Lack of accessories.
If you still receive the product after these situations occur, please contact MADODA support within 72 hours from receipt. We hope we have clarified your doubts!
